Infertility Counselling

During and after treatment, I support clients, male and female, in processing these complex feelings, exploring their identity beyond fertility, relationships and finding meaning and strength through their experiences. This journey can bring deep emotional pain, grief, hopelessness, and a sense of loss, especially when treatments end without success. Together, we work on building emotional resilience, restoring self-worth, and nurturing hope in the face of uncertainty, helping to create space for healing, acceptance, and reconnection with life, empowering clients to move forward with clarity and renewed emotional well-being.

Parental Support Counselling

Adolescent Counselling

Adolescents today face intense pressure, often leading to anxiety, unhelpful thinking patterns, and challenges such as peer issues, school avoidance, changes in family dynamics, and grief. I provide a safe, relatable space where young people can explore emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and mental health.
