About me
I'm Susan O'Shea, a qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA). I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s inner worlds, which led me to this deeply rewarding work. My practice is rooted in empathy, evidence-based approaches, and respect for each client’s unique experience. I support individuals facing perinatal mental health challenges, women’s health issues, infertility, and the emotional impact of childlessness. I work with adolescents and understand the complexities of teen development and offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for parents navigating the challenges of raising children. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, panic issues, identity, fertility concerns, or family dynamics, I’m here to help you feel heard and supported. I’m committed to continuous professional development to ensure my practice remains effective, informed, and focused on client well-being.
